Search-form entries, including a name, phone number, or address, are sent to the outside provider that supplies those results. Our servers do not retain a copy of those search terms. A message sent to us contains only the information included in that message and is used to respond.

Hosting services may create standard logs, such as an IP address, browser details, viewed pages, and time of access. We review that information in aggregate to operate and improve the service. Cookies or similar tools can support basic analytics and, where used, advertising measurement.
How Limited Data Is Used
Limited data helps operate the service, address technical issues, measure general traffic, and improve the content. We do not sell a visitor list or create individual visitor profiles.

Links may lead to municipal, county, New Jersey, court, library, archive, and outside search services. Each operator’s own privacy terms apply to information submitted on its platform. Sponsored results are provided by an outside company and are governed by that company’s policies.
Service Providers and Disclosure
Providers that host or support the service can process the ordinary logs described above. Analytics and advertising partners may receive automatic technical data. We disclose information only when required by valid legal process or as otherwise described here.
Security and Retention
The service uses an encrypted connection, and logs are retained only for the time needed for the purposes described above. Because no visitor accounts are offered, the service does not hold account passwords or personal profile pages.
Visitors Under 18
The service is intended for adults and is not directed to children. We do not knowingly collect personal information from a visitor under 18. Contact us if you believe a minor has submitted information, and we will remove it.
Your Information Choices
Depending on the law where you live, you may have rights to ask for access, correction, or deletion of personal data held by a website. Because we keep little, a request usually involves checking the contact mailbox and available logs, then removing information where appropriate. Use the Contact page to make a request. Records controlled by New Jersey, Somerset County, or Bridgewater Township remain under the authority of their actual custodian, including the relevant procedures under the New Jersey Open Public Records Act, N.J.S.A. 47:1A-1 et seq.
